Morgan Heritage, Jah Cure, Luciano, Barrington Levy up for Grammy award

4 Jamaican Reggae stars are up for a Grammy award. 
 
This after The Grammy Academy announced the nominees this morning, for best Reggae Album of the year. 
 
'Strictly Roots' album from Morgan Heritage has been nominated, along with Jah Cure's 'The Cure',  Luciano's 'Zion Awake', and Barrington Levy's 'Acoustical Levy'.
 
'Branches Of The Same Tree' by Ghanaian singer Rocky Dawuni, also made the cut.
 
Surprisingly, none of the Marley Brothers made the Grammy nominations list this time around.
 
Last year, Ziggy Marley won the Grammy for his landmark album called 'Fly Rasta'.
 
Winners will be announced on  February 2, 2016. The Grammy Awards ceremony  will be telecast live on February 15  at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
