Popcaan Big Up Vybz Kartel at the Recently Held World Creole Music Festival in Dominica

Dancehall Artist, Popcaan performed at the recently held Dominica's WCMF (World Creole Music Festival) 2016 in Roseau, Dominica. He was well loved by his fans in Dominica. 

During his performce, Popcaan said "Without Vybz Kartel there would be no Popcaan".
