Who are the Youth View Awards Winners for 2017?



Deejay Vybz Kartel's continued output even while incarcerated for murder has yielded him five wins in the 2017 Youth View Awards (YVA), held on Saturday at the National Indoor Sports Centre, Arthur Wint Drive, St Andrew.

He nabbed solo wins for Male Local Artiste of the Year, Dancehall Artiste, Hottest Summer Song Fever, and Local Chart Topping Song of the Year Fever, as well as Musical Collaboration for Loodi (done with Shenseea).

Understandably, Kartel was unavoidably absent and could not accept the awards in person.

Shenseea was also named Breakout Celebrity, while Beres Hammond was named the Legendary Artiste.
