Trelawny native Damion Jarrett, popularly known as Ratt Trapp introduces himself as a spark of inspiration and lover of all things music.

"My inspiration for music comes from my environment, the different cultures around me, most importantly the people" beams Ratt Trapp

With an appreciation for lyrically talented artists' and a desire to always learn from experienced musical pioneers, Ratt - Trapp places an emphasis on his lyrical content.

"The music industry is a rough arena where only the best make it, my motivation is to be the go to source of entertainment for the masses", Ratt-Trapp reflects proudly on his aim and his motivation within the industry.

With assistance from YGF and Legendary Records, Ratt-Trapp has taken meaningful steps to gaining a foothold within the industry. As a young artist his biggest show to date is Spoil You, in Prospect, Trelawny.
Dedication to recording has become a mainstay in his life as he continues to adopt the hardworking philosophies required to be a successful creator. In the pipeline for Rat Trap are three songs: Chicken Back, Smoke Up and Ratt- Trapp.
