Buju Banton Announces 'Long Walk To Freedom' Tour 2019
Buju Banton will reportedly be embarking on a major world tour next year following his release.
The team of the incarcerated reggae superstar took to social media and announced a tour set for summer of next year dubbed “Long Walk To Freedom”.
The “Long Walk To Freedom” tour will be Buju Banton’s first major trek after his release from prison. According to Donovan Germain, who is a friend and former manager of the Gargamel said that Buju’s first performance will be in Jamaica.
He has a show already booked for Trinidad and Tobago in the spring of next year. There is also a show set for March 30th at the Nassau National Stadium in the Bahamas.
The “Untold Stories” singer is scheduled to be released from prison in the United States on December 8, 2018, after serving nearly a decade on drug-related charges.
